Request deletion

1. Email hello@conversionhealth.io from the address associated with your ConversionHealth account.
2. Use the subject “Data deletion request.”
3. Tell us whether you want to delete a specific Google connection, a workspace, or your entire account.
4. Complete any reasonable account-ownership verification we request to protect your data.

We will confirm receipt and tell you the expected completion timing after we verify the request.

What the request can delete

Depending on your request, deletion can cover account and workspace records, encrypted connection tokens, connected-account metadata, Google Analytics and Google Ads data retrieved for scans, scan results, findings, reports, intake responses, support messages, and feedback records.

Revoke Google access

You may stop future Google API access by removing ConversionHealth from your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops the connection but does not by itself delete information already stored by ConversionHealth. Submit the deletion request above if you also want stored data removed.

Limited retention

We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance. We will not retain deleted Google user data for a new purpose unrelated to the reason it was originally collected.
